Shipping and delivery

Standard Processing Times:

For my standard untracked shipping option, I ship within 7-10 days of receiving an order. If you require tracked or express shipping, please ensure you have selected your desired shipping method at checkout. Fees in accordance with tracked or express shipping rates will apply.

Carrier Information:

All orders will be shipped through Canada Post unless otherwise stated. If you have a preferred carrier, please contact me.

Damaged/Lost Packages:

If your package has not arrived and you selected standard shipping, there is no insurance in the event that the package is damaged or lost. If you would like tracked shipping, please ensure you have selected the correct method at checkout.

If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact me.

If you have chosen the wrong shipping method at checkout, please contact me as soon as possible and I would be happy to change your order to reflect your preferred shipping method.
