To maintain good hygiene and to preserve the finishes and colours of the beads used for my jewelry and accessories, I generally do not accept returns or refunds. However, if you are experiencing an issue with your order, please reach out to me, and we can resolve the issue together. I am always happy to address concerns or questions.

If a return is issued:

If a return is issued, the customer is required to pay the return shipping fee. The return will be issued on the original form of payment.
